It is a kind of water-borne, solvent-free nano pure silicone emulsion, which is based on solid solvent-free elastic silicone resin and obtained by special emulsification process. With green environmental protection, super waterproof and excellent weather resistance, aging resistance and air permeability, anti-fouling, antibacterial, anti-fungus, heat resistance and other characteristics.
1. Pure silicone emulsion with water as dispersion medium, high solid content, dilutive use;
2. When water volatilizes at room temperature or under heating, a transparent dry film can be formed, and the film is dry and smooth.
3. Single component, no need to add curing agent, can be stored for a long time;
4. High adhesion;
5. Extremely low VOC, as low as 40ppm. No VOC release during curing;
6. The film surface has excellent hydrophobic and waterproof properties;
7. The film is elastic and can be bent without cracking;
8. In nano-emulsion particle size, it shows normal distribution with good stability.

Applications
Special waterproof protection for bamboo and wood, brick and tile cement, ceramic, stone, metal, textile fiber, artificial leather and water paint finish in Architecture, Ancient building, Cultural relic, Outdoor advertisement, Industry, Agriculture, Chemical industry, Aerospace, Aviation, Ship, Automobile, Home decoration and other fields.
Without emulsion polymerization, it can mix and paste with acrylic emulsion, waterborne polyurethane, waterborne epoxy, wax emulsion and other waterborne products at any ratio to prepare silicone water paint, elastic water paint, or pure silicone paint alone. It makes up for the defects of traditional organosilicon modified emulsion, such as high VOC and low silicon content.
Used in textile industry to improve drape and wrinkle resistance of fabric.
Used as semi-permanent release agent for polyurethane and metal die casting.
Storage and availability
When stored in the original unopened package at the storage temperature of 35℃or below, the product shall be valid for 9 months from the date of production.
